Worldwide shipping

We ship worldwide from London, United Kingdom. The delivery options and the shipping cost for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing times

Every order is carefully checked and packed by our team. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed on the next working day.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times start once your order has been dispatched. Times are estimates and may be longer during busy periods or because of customs checks.

Customs, duties & taxes: orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes set by the destination country. These are not included in the price and are payable by the recipient.

Order tracking

As soon as your order leaves us, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel at every step until it reaches you.

If your tracking has not updated for several days, or your parcel is late, email us with your order number and we will look into it for you.

Address & delivery issues

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible: we can update it only before the order is dispatched.
